The ghost teacher
The story talks about a school where a silver car appears.
The children can't who is inside and the next day their teacher,Miss Thompson, doesn't go to class.
Suddenly, a strange ,old fashioned man appears and he has a stick in his hand.
He is a bad teacher and he doesn't like Billy Reed. One day , Billy stays after class and he discovers that the teacher is a ghost . He died in a fire at school many years ago.
Some smoke comes out of the classroom and the firemen saves Billy. At the end, we know that the silver car and the teacher weee ghosts.
I liked the most : Everithing

This book is about two children who live with her father and stepmother in a house on the outskirty of the forest . His father is a lumberjack and they are very poor.
One day they go hungry and the stepmother decides to abandon them in the forest to avoid having to feed them because she doesn't like children .
She leads them to the house of a witch who want them to eat , but Gretel prevents it getting the witch into the oven . The children escape and find their way home guided by coins .
When returning with her father he tells them that their stepmother has died and they will happy again

- Julian me parece un niño un muy malo, creído y bastante cruel, aunque al final de la historia se le ve mucho mejor compañero, comprende a August y le pide perdón .
- El libro va de un niño qué va a un instituto y se muda otro niño un poco diferente.
El niño empieza a tener pesadillas y la madre intenta que lo echen del instituto para asi que su hijo no tenga que verlo.
August lo pasa muy mal pero al final Julian le pide perdón.
- Este libro me gusto mucho porque enseña que hay que ser bueno con los demas y no hacer lo que no te gusta que te hagan a tí. Tambien enseña a perdonar. Es un libro muy bonito e interesante a la hora de leerlo. Me encantó.

Doctor Dolittle
This is the story of Dr. John Dolittle. He lives in a town called Pudddleby. He is very intelligent but a strange man. His house is very small but the garden is enormous. He has got a sister, Sarah, and she doesn´t like animals. He loves animals and kept a lot of pets in the house: rabbits, a spider, dogs, cats, a horse, chickens, a duck, a squirrel, Lap the dog, Polynesia the parrot, Chee-Chee the monkey...He prefers animals to his human patients. They gives him a lot of problems and finally he had no patients and he had no money.
One day, he receives a knock on his head and soon he discovers that he can speak to animals in his language.Then, he changes his job and he becomes in a famous vet, an animal doctor.He is happy and he helps animals. He gets money again until a cocodrile appears in his garden. People are afraid and nobody comes to see the vet.
Next day, an African bird told him the wars and problems with animals in Africa. He travels to Africa on a boat with some pets. There, he spends a lot of adventures with animals.
After, he decides to return to England but all the animals were very sad. Suddenly,he decided something clearly. He will live in Africa with animals. He isn´t rich, but he has got friends and he is very very happy.
I liked the most: When Dr. Dolittle decided to live in Africa with animals and learns his language.
I didn´t like: When he hasn´t got money and he was poor.

BEAUTY AND THE BEAST
The story talks about a beautiful girl called Beauty. She had two sisters and his father that travelled a lot. One day, her father went another city and Beauty asked him for a rose.
One night when he was coming back home , he saw a castle and he decided to sleeo there. In the morning, he picked up a rose for Beauty but , sudendly a Beast appeared behind him and told him that Beauty had to live with him.
Beauty was happy at first but her father was sick and she wents to look after him with a magic mirror that the Beast gave her. Beauty was at home many weeks but one dayshe looked at the mirror andsaw that the Beast was dying. She runs very fast to thecastle and told the Beast that she loved him. The Beast became a handsome prince.
I liked the most : When the Beast becomes a handsome prince.
I didn't like : When the Beast is ill.

Finally the doctor decides to return to England. A year later he returns to Africa and he is very happy because he has many friends.
I liked the worest joke in the world:doctor, doctor! People always ignore me. Who os the Next?
I didn't like when the bird is hungry, but it can't eat.

it's about an artist called Tom who was a comic illustrator. One morning he didn't know how to continue cómic so he went to a book shop. There he found a map. It was there were story started developing that Tom would live and wich would finally help him yo continúe his comic.
Ton was included in the kidnap off and actress daughter without knowing,the kidnapper's boss. Finally they found out that Anastasia hadn't been kidnapped and hidnapper's boss was caught by the police.
What I like the most was when Anastasia threw Rita a snowball wich helped her and Tom to escape.
What i liked the least was when Tom sitting at the store doing the girl portrait because he didn't know she was the giro being Kidnaped.
I like the book in general because it was easy to read and because the story was entertaining.

It is about a boy called mark who work as a security guard in a shop called Manson. He always liked to wonder about his customers lives. One day arrived to the shop a girl with red hair you got his attention since then. Mark imagine this girls life until he finally discovery that what he thought about her wasn't true.
What I like the most is that I learnt that sometimes we think things about people that aren't true and to get to know people. We have to ask them are not just things are the way we believe.
What I like the least that Mark's friends thought she was a thief.
THE GIRL WITH RED HAIR
ResponderEliminarMark Sellers is a boy that he work in security Manson´s store. Mark works with Leon and Shami.
Mark see a man with a big bag and a clock, the man is nervous. Shami goes to the man, and say: please come with me.
Then, Mark see a girl with red hair, he thinks that she is very beautiful and he want to meet her.
The next day, Mark see the girl with a little boy (Greg) and Mark think has she got a husband? Mark has got a lot of questions.
Next Wednesday, Mark talks with a girl and pick up the hat the boy and Mark gives the hat a the girl. Mark see that she doesn´t wearing a ring. Then the little boy take a red plane and the alarm rings, Mark go to them and he solves the problem. Again the alarm is ringing, and Mark must goes.
The next day, the girl with red hair and Greg greet a boy with black jacket, and the kisses, and they go out the store.
Mark is sad and Leon invited a Mark go at the Ocean Blue, it is a wonderful club and there are lot of nice girls. The night, Mark goes to the club and meets two girls with red hairs. One is Claire, the mother of Greg, and the other is Kate, is the carer the Greg, Kate is a girl love´s Mark. And the boy with black jacket is Greg´s father.
The end, Mark and Kate talk and meet. Mark is very happy.

One day Huck and he went to the graveyard in search os ghosts,but they couldn’t see ghosts they saw 3 men wich were injun joe,muff potter and dr robinson,later injun joe killed dr Robinson .
The day after the killing Tom and his friends Huckleberry Finn and Becky Thatcher going to treasure As they didn’t find any treasure they decided to enter in a old house on a hill.there they saw injun and the old spaniard ,they were looking fornthe same treasure as they,when injun joe found the treasure he his it on the cross and left the house .
Later ,tom and his friends found the cross and the treasure in a island on the Misissipi , they went backto the village of St Petersburg and all the people of the village was happy.

Fat Cat with the ball of wool has got a plan. When the thief downstairs Fat Cat tie her leg and fall. When the family come home Fat Cat is on top of the thief and the mum call the police.

THE CURSE OF THE MUMMY
Tariq is an Egyptian boy who is working with his father's friend, Mr. Carter, to help him find Tutankhamon's tomb in the Valley of the Kings. There, he falls in love with Anne, a french artist who visited the tombs .
One day they find Tutankhamon's tomb and strange things happen : their friend Karim dies and the rich man who gave them money to find the tomb dies too. Tariq is having strange dreams . When they find Tutankhamon's mummy, Tariq feels scared of Tutankhamon's spirit , thinking that he is angry with them. So he goes back to Cairo with his father. Years later he finish his diary telling us that he is happy there with his father, Mr. Carter and Anne. He dreams that one day they will marry. They leave Anne's brazalet in the museum so they free of the mummy's curse at last.
I liked the most : The love story between Tariq and Anne.
I didn't like : When people die.

The story is about an Egyptian young boy called Tariq. He is working in the Valley of the Kings with Mr. Carter to find the tomb of Tutankhamun, the young king of Egypt. They have only 1 year to find the tomb because Lord Carnavon is the rich english man that pays the expedition.
Tariq is writing a diary telling us everything. One day, visitors came to the Valley and there Tariq met a beautiful girl called Anne. She is a french artist and she lives with her teacher Mr. Ayrton. She loves him and Tariq loves Anne.
Months later, Tariq found a door. They dug very quickly. They find Tutankhamun's tomb and they saw a lot of beautiful things, treasures, a golden shrine...and the mummy of Tutankhamun, but strange things happen. People die, and Tariq has got strange dreams. People think the spirit of Tutankhamun came to kill them because he is very angry. Now Tariq is afraid of the spirit and he comes back to Cairo. There, he works with his dad in the museum of history.
Six years later, Anne and Tariq work together in the museum and they get married. They are happy. They leave the jewel in the museum, so there isn't any mummy's curse, because people think that mummies had magical powers in the history.
I liked the most: when they find the tomb of Tutankhamun.
I didn't like: When strange things and dreams happened and people die.

Mr Brown punishes Billy Reed for lying but it is not true.
Tony goes into the small room, there are many old books and newspapers. He reads the headline: Teacher and student die at West Hill School on 20 th September,1933. Today is the same day but different year.
Suddenly Tony smells smoke.
He saved Billy and discovered that Mr. Brown was a ghost and Mr Wilson (the caretaker) was the person who started the fire in 1933.
I liked the most when Billy discovered the true.
I didn't like when Mr. Wilson punished Billy.

CLIMATE CHANGE
Climate changes can come from inside the Earth and outside the Earth but for the first time people are changing the planet .There are major influences on the climate.
1 . The atmosphere stops the Earth from getting to cold or to hot and green house gases ( methane and CO2 ) stop hit from escaping into space . The effects of CO2 on the climate have been studied by many scientist.
2 . The seas that transport heat around the planet.
3. Extreme weather events ( heat weaves , hurricans. . . ) are happening more often. There well be changes in the sea levels and the temperature in the Earth.
4. The Artic ice is melting, so Polar Bears will be in danger. Developed countries (such as the US) produce a lot of CO2 but developing countries too. And many countries haven't signet the Kyoto Protocol yet.
So, Climate Change is a global problem but also local because we can all do something about it: Reducing our carbon footprint by using less energy in the home or for travel.
I liked the most : When it says ideas to save the planet.
I didn't like : When the Polar Bears die.

The children behaved very badly and had already had all the nannies of the city
One day Mr and Mrs Brown asked if they knew another nanny and they said they needed Matilda
When they came home Matilda wad at the door
They talked with her and she was care of the children
The children were better behaved
One day his aunt Adelaide arrived and said she wanted to take Mary to live with her and if they didn't let her go then she wouldn't help them again
Mary didn't want to go and her family didn't want her to br with aunt
But a neighbor asked them to let their daughter Evelyn go that Adelaide wasn't going to find out she wasn't Mary
Evelyn went with the aunt Adelaide
The children behaved very well

The teacher comes to work in a silver car that hasn´t driver, he reads a newspaper from 1933, he has a stick in his hand, he always punishes the same boy, Billy Reed. He is a bad teacher.
One day, Billy is punished to arrive late and stays after class and he discovers in a room old books and newspapers. He reads in a newspaper: "teacher and student die at West Hill School on 20th september 1933". Today is the same day but different year. Billy discovers that the teacher is a ghost and he died in a fire at the same school years ago.
Then, Tony smells smoke from the classroom and the firemen saves Billy. At the end, he discovered that Mr. Brown was a ghost and Mr. Wilson, the director, the person who started the fire in 1933.
I liked the most: When the boys discover the true.
I didn´t like: When the teacher always punishes the same boy, Billy, because he doesn´t like.

Is a history of a girl that she’s s name is Salli and the first day of the school come one . new boy he’s s name is Mats is from Sweden.Mats is very intelligent end nice but look sad but Salli in the moment that know this try to help Mats but he puts angry .One day the teacher give us homework to do but in group.The next day Mats speak with Salli because they parents don’t t like that he go to other houses or have visit at home and Mats give a pen with information .Salli see all the pen and now that the father of Mats are kidnapped .She tell to the police and with the help of all save the parents of Mats.The part that i most liked is wen Salli help with the police to arrest the criminals.

ResponderEliminarThe book talk about Chipmunks, they look for seeds and nuts for keep for the Winter. It talk about the bad Winter and the consequence for the animals and the mans.
Chippy is the protagonist, is a chipmunks, he ghates food before of Autum, for her family; and the others chipmunks in the Winter have got little food and a lot of hungry.
A day of windy, the trees fall in the forest, and the forest was ghost forest. The son of Chippy found a branch full seeds and nuts, the branch fall on Charlie (the son of Chippy). In the end, all the chipmunks of the forest went help. Chippy shares her food with the chipmunks, and they was happys and healthy.

This book explains what climate change is, the greenhouse effect, water cycle...
Thousands years ago the Earth has changed. The scientists can now measure the Earth's atmosphere.
But now, this changes are due to humans, the development is release CO2 into atmosphere.
The Earth is getting warmer and this changes will bring problems for the future.
Due to climate change there are stronger storms in each monsoon and a lot of people die.
A group of people called Intergovernmental Panel of Climate Change (IPCC) looks at problems, finds answers and write reports. The Governments decide to do. The Kyoto Protocol is a plan that says limits to will not put more greenhouse gases into the atmosphere.
We can do something to stop the climate change: turn off TV or computer when you aren't using them, walk to the places,...
I liked the ideas that we can use to stop the climate change.
I don't like that EEUU has not agree to the Kyoto Protocol.
